So you have decided to book your custom portrait experience! You can't see it, but I am definitely doing a happy dance over here, I am so excited to create something amazing with you! Encourage Connection. And capture it in art.
Here is what you can expect!

From session designing to creating and capturing connections, to careful professional and artistic editing, to guidance and designing your family artwork, all the way to delivery and installation, you can expect your experience with me to receive approximately 25-30 hours of my attention. It's all about your experience. Not just during your session, but during your entire time in my care.
After our initial contact and booking your session, we will schedule your design appointment. At this consult we get to design your session! I get to know a little more about you and your family, we will talk about how you want to be photographed, what you plan to wear, location, any must haves and concerns.
We will also discuss what products you are interested in, be it Wall Art, Portrait Boxes, Albums, announcements, gift prints, or one of the many other heirloom quality products I offer! We will also discuss where you plan to display your items, so that I can shoot with these things in mind!
At this session you can expect to go over our agreement and policies and, if we haven't done so yet, we will officially book your preferred date into the calendar! Any remaining creative fee/retainer cost will be due at this session to move forward with your date.
Meeting at the agreed upon location, get ready to have fun, laugh and make some memories! Please make sure to arrive promptly, to get the most out of your session time.
Included in your session is basic professional and artistic editing. I edit with the session style in mind. As outlined in our agreement, you can expect approximately 30 images at your reveal session, you may not see ALL of the images and poses we did at your session, as I will ONLY show you the best of the best at your reveal and ordering appointment. Taking all of that often overwhelming sorting work out for you, so that you know you will be getting the very best from your session.
This is almost as much fun as your session! Approximately 7-10 days after your session we will have scheduled your reveal and ordering appointment. At this time I will come to your home and show you the FIRST look of your images! You will see a slideshow of your highlights, we will sort through some of your favorites, and you will also get to view and touch some product samples! I will even show you wall art options viewed on your very OWN walls!
This session is the time for ordering your products! All decision makers must be present for this. Make it a party! Invite the grandparents or anyone else you think may be interested in making their own orders. Payment plans are offered for your convenience.
Within 2-4 weeks of full payment, your product will be ready for delivery. Upon receiving it, I will do a quality check. Upon passing this check I will personally delivery your beautifully packaged product right to your door. If wall art has been ordered I will even help with installing it!
At completion of our time together, it is my goal to have created an easy, guided, luxury and custom experience; that ends with you enjoying your images on your wall, and in your hands without another requirement left unchecked to do so. Taking all of the work out of the experience and leaving you only with happiness and enjoyment.
